What to Expect
Join Dusty for a relaxed, hands-on vintage cake decorating experience at Dusty’s Kitchen, Noosa Marina.
Perfect for complete beginners and cake lovers alike, Dusty will demonstrate a selection of classic piping techniques, share some of her favourite tips of the trade, and give you time to practice before decorating your own beautiful 5” vanilla cake.
Your class includes your cake, icing, all decorating supplies and materials, plus a cake box so you can safely take your creation home.
Tea, coffee and table water are also included.
Before You Book
A few little details to help you prepare for your cake decorating experience.
After you book, we’ll be in touch with you directly using the contact details provided with your booking. We’ll ask you to choose two icing colours so Dusty can have everything prepared and ready for you on the day.
Your cake will have a cream-coloured base, ready for you to decorate. Available icing colours include light pink, dark pink, orange, yellow, red, pale blue, pale green, dark green and purple. If you have another colour in mind, just let us know when we contact you and Dusty will do her best to accommodate your request.
Classes run from 2:30pm–4:30pm and are held in our dedicated indoor, air-conditioned event space at Noosa Marina.
On The Day
Please meet at Dusty’s Kitchen at Noosa Marina before the class, where Dusty and the team will welcome you before walking everyone over to the event space together.
Tea, coffee and table water are provided. While Dusty’s Kitchen isn't licensed to serve alcohol, you're welcome to purchase a drink from one of the licensed establishments within Noosa Marina to enjoy during your class.
Once You've Booked
There’s nothing else you need to do. Keep an eye on your email (and junk/spam folder) and your text, as Dusty will contact you before your class to confirm your two icing colour choices and any final details.
On the day, simply make your way to Dusty’s Kitchen at Noosa Marina ready for your 2:30pm start. We’ll take it from there.
